Pro Tip:The moment you feel a drive, just keep it going don't leave the flow state no matter what, > you sleep→you wake up→ you exercise immediately→get back into the flow state→reach the end of the day→sleep >Repeat. This next part is those who still find it hard and find themselves in these videos repeatedly. The real challenge starts after you realise your time ticking but still don't take action, You must stop thinking about the final product, you must embrace what makes you that, Your ideal self is not you, he is from a different period of your life or depending on your actions from another timeline💀 A completely different person, you are not the same you as a 8 yr old, you probably don't even remember what it was like back then, and You won't 10 years from now Thats the thing about Life, You move on, the longer you live, the more you move on, relationships, good times, bad times, are left behind, replaced for new ones, what gives us happiness is moving up. "Run, you don't need to place first, there is no such thing, for there is no finish line, you keep running till your death" Life is not a race, its a chance to experience existence, always remember you are a chosen one among 10^2,685,000. Take responsibility. Work harder, especially when you think you've reached your limit.

I am beyond blessed that I found your channel Hamza. You have changed my life in 2 days. I promise you when I say this, for these 2 days watching your videos I have learened more about life than I have in highs school for 3 years. I can't remember anything that I truly have with me from highs school, that genuinely is having an positive impact on my life. One thing that I learned from your addiction video that you recently upploaded was this: The reason most people have a hard time to stop an addiction is because they are trying to solve the sypthom and not the problem. For instance fapping, most people try to stop fapping which in theory is impossible if you have an addiction. But if you can find the route of the problem for the sypthom which in this case is your state of mind then you can solve the sypthom which is fapping. You have made me think more perspicacious and deeply into different areas of life and I am so thankful for that!

Which to me is worse that depression.I know a lot of people would disagree with me on that but atleast with the negative emotions that come with depression they can act like a springboard to initiate behaviors that can change that, so the depression itself can become motivating to get out of. Apathy on the other hand is much worse the body just decides if i dont have positive emotions i wont have negative either and you become a biological machine stuck in the chains of your past habbits.

I think discipline isnt real.Without the motivation you cant even start being disciplined. People think discipline is like a mental trait but it aint its actually just habbits. I dont believe in discipline i think its just a fancy word for a person having good habits. And to develop that habits you need to start with a certain behaviour and stick to it long enough for the neurons to wire and make that behaviour very energy effecient after it intialy gets linked to the dopamine pathways. But you need to start. I have known about these pleasure pain dopamine pathways for a long time i have studied neuroscience but i still couldnt apply that knowledge and i was still procrastinating and endulging in pleasure maybe its because of the ADHD i dont know for sure but its not becuase i dont have the Discipline Trait i think no such thing exist.I have been called undisciplined for many things but one thing i have never missed is a workout but thats only because i have been going to the gym for 8 years and its harder not to do it.And i only did that because i was motivated to do so at the beggining and its become a habit. You need to have motivation it is IMPOSSIBLE to begin being disciplined for some new behavior you are trying to implement in your life in a state of apathy !!! You gotta start the engine.

Hamza, in your videos you talk about how getting on self improvement increases your smv and likelihood of attracting women, I'm on "self improvement" and do many of the good habits such as going to the gym(and I am very disciplined), reading, eating well etc. Some of my closest friends don't do many or any of these and they have girlfriends, but all of my close friends that I know that do the good habits such as go to the gym with me, none of them have girlfriends. I understand this isn't an exact science and the other implications of the situation, I just wanted your take, as I feel like there might not be as much correlation as I used to.

I actually have the same problem right now, it has been a while that I started my self improvement journey and that I am doing good habits, I am now attractive but I still struggle having a girlfriend but I am realizing that I think it is because I have not quiet a good game, I have not that much experience. But I think we should practice and go talk to girls especially if we get eyes contacts we should try to engage. We should also adopt the right mindset, I’ve been like the cold sigma male but now that I am smiling more and just relaxed and chill I get more eyes contacts and it feel like I have better connections with girls. Hope it helped you, we’re gonna make it king 💪 Hope it helped you

My classmates laught about me for watching hamza. Today I was with a group of friends my tablet was open beacause were working on a project. One of my friends had the idea to look what videos I watched the last days. He saw hamzas channel and started reading the video titles very loud. My friends began to laugh and when he rode "5 crucial steps to go from skinny to jacked" and "4 tips to get out of the friendzone" they started laughing harder and making fun of me the girls next to us started laughing too and one said it does not surprise her that I watched this type of videos. I felt that I beacame nervous beacause everyone was laughing at me. (Also thanks to Hamza) I controlled my emotions and hide that I was nervous and changed the topic quickly. I know one year ago I would have get extremely nervous and they would have made even more fun of me. In this area I got a little better. I thought about this situation all day. I keep asking myself am I wrong and they are right or is it the other way around? Am I insecure for watching this type of videos? I decided to keep going also because I will be 17teen soon. But I am not sure how to felt about this. I would like to know if someone had similar experiences.

Same for me. Honesly i think its simple. The problem lies in the self image. Its the egoic mind trying to have a sense of identity and its just one of the things it believes. its developed at a young age. Its a lot of biochemistry that goes with it thats not of your control, different neuromoduletors at place when talking to new people.What you feel is just brain chemistry dont let it get atached to who you think you are.The brain is neuroplastic so that can be changed . maybe go out and start talking to new people and at first if you suck than maybe later you suck a little less and that can be linked with the dopamine pathway so you would want to do it more and soon you might see yourself as someone who is okay at talking to new people and you will experience it differently, less anxiety. How i fixed my anxiety is with something called paradoxical intentions.

It's nice to see a redpill KZbinr talk about motivation. I'm really tired of these sigma grindset "discipline, pain, suffer, push forward" Posts. Sure, having discipline is great. There are often days where I wake up and don't feel motivated AT ALL to go to the gym, and I have to push myself with discipline, but once I'm actually at the gym, it's all motivation. Its like that old saying: "I never want to get in the shower, but when I'm IN the shower, I don't want to get out again." I think we all need to strike a balance, who cares if you watch a short motivational speech before starting a deep work session, you'll do a better job than the guy who hates it and rushes through. There is no reason you can't be disciplined AND motivated gents.

Self-Discipline begins with the mastery of your thoughts. If you don’t control what you think, you can’t control what you do. It's how Hamza helped me start THIS successful youtube channel, and I'm motivated to show up every week to record.

something ive recently started doing to challenge myself is stretch every morning for 30 min +. Its actually extremely challenging and painful because people usually wake up tight or stiff sleeping in one position the whole night. You'll really feel the burn and mental challenge of waking up first thing in the morning and stretching.
@Reypstraptor4269 Жыл бұрын
Yes you can do that but its shown to have more benefit to stretch before bed. You can do both its great for injury prevention but i dont find it challenging at all. Its relaxing i do it post training.
@IronFist2508 Жыл бұрын
@@Reypstraptor4269 Yeah i think its better to do static stretching after exercise because your muscles are warmed up and not stiff whereas if you static stretch first thing in the morning, your muscles are very cold and stiff hence why it is so painful. Dynamic stretching before exercise and static after is the way to go I think.

The point of dopamine going past baseline makes so much sense to me now. Growing up I always noticed how after having a big gathering or a party, the aftermath and cleaning up once everyone was gone just feels super depressing.

Pain pleasure thing is real. I give you an example, i was on vacay last year in spain and could barely sleep there. I knew however what may work - I spent whole day outside walking. A lot of walking. No electronics,no music that day, no phone whatsoever AT ALL. I was in pain after 60k steps and passed out in hotels bedroom. I swear i woke up feeling so energetic and refreshed as if I could walk again whole day. I was not sore AT ALL. how is it possible? our bodies are amazing we just need to know how to treat it

@@jonasthenoob4535 yeah it s not even my best result lol I did once probably 80-90k steps in my country between 6 AM - 22 PM - again had sleeping issues. I m estimating 80-90k because i was not having phone at all thay day - left it in my flat. I was amazed how much the body can go even with a big sleep deficit. Liftin weights is great but we as humans are designed to walk

I agree with this man . I am an albanian boy and i live in small and cold city where you need to warm your house with wood . When the room is very cold i have to get wood outside . Do not misunderstand me , i do not go to the forest , we keep the wood in our garden . When i go out i feel the pain of the cold then i feel the pain of keeping the wood on my hands . Then i have to put the wood in the correct place and light up the fire . After that pain i feel gret
I took the cold shower. I slowly went further under and was fully under for 10 seconds. It was so uncomfortable and painful and my breathing went really fast and I thought I was going to faint and was actually generally scared. Good experience lol. I'm going to do it everyday.

Cold showers aren't as bad as people think. I've been taking cold showers for 5 years straight, even through winters and it feels amazing (apart from the brain freezes). But one interesting thing I've found is that the world is getting colder, the first few years it was cold, nothing more, 3rd and 4th year, I get brain freezes everytime during winters but this year, even my hands are frozen during it.
