Made the chocolate banana bread. So delicious! Left out the coconut oil and the sugar. Still tasted sweet and it had a nice chewy consistency like brownies. Great recipes! Keep them coming!

GG DiG there is no difference. It's just different pronunciation.

GG DiG Cacao is just the raw powder whereas cocoa has added sugar.

gail maclark there is a difference, cacao is cold pressed when being produced whereas cocoa is processed with heat hence cacao is raw and not the same as cocoa :)

You can also make the smoothie at night and freeze it that’s what I do and it tastes fresh once it is thawed out

everything looks fabulous, Olga. is there an alternative where coconut oil is used because recent reports have suggested that coconut oil is just as bad as other saturated fats/oils. 😑 Thanks, Olga!

beth f When I'm baking I usually use nut butter (with no added oil or sugar) as my choice of fat and that works really well :) if you wanted a lower fat content you could always replace with plant based milk or non dairy yogurt but fat free baked goods tend to be a bit gummy!

I'm pregnant and I really like to soak my gf oats and millet in almond milk, add plenty fruit and seeds, and even more milk..I never made this prior (I had my oats in porridge or regular birchermüesli) it's not make ahead, but it's fast..
