I tried the pancakes, they turned out to be sooooo yummyyy!! ❤❤❤ my husband loved these soooo much!! Did not feel like they were made up of oats flour. 😋😋😋 Everyone must try this.

Hy me bhot confused hu ki breakfast krke exercise kru ya phele mene kal hi dite plan bnaya h 7 am _ drink warm water , gren tea 8 am_ breakfast 10am exercise then eat some dry fruits and smothy 12pm_ lunch 3 pm _ fruits 4pm _ green tea, coffee 8-9 pm dinner Pls ap mujhe ye btao ye diet plan shi h ya nhi Reply me plsss mam

Tried the pro poha and loved it. Also tried nutri cheese toast, it was awesome. Tried egg pesto sandwich and it was similar to egg and avocado sandwich. Thank you for the wonderful recipes. Please share more such heathy protein rich recipes and share a recipe for protein bar

Hi Gunjan, I really enjoy and follow your videos. However, in this video I noted a very critical flaw. I hope you are aware that certain ingredient combinations should never be used in the same dish as they become majorly carcinogenic (in other words slow poison). You used both desi ghee and mustard oil in pro poha recipe, two ingredients which should never be used together as per Ayurveda. I hope you would check which food groups can be used together before uploading "healthy" recipes, as a lot of people follow you and you have great responsibility of spreading true health awareness through food on your shoulders. This apart, you are doing a good job.
