I can honestly say that after my first ayurvedic treatment to my hair (Amla being one of the ingredients) I seen a huge difference. I was amazed at how much it helped with my shedding and my hair felt so much stronger. I believe my hair is finally on the right road to recovery. My biggest issue was finding things that can restore my hair and help retain my length. Ayurvedic methods have changed the game for me.

Farida is truly onto something, of course. Coincidentally, I just did a full strength Zizyphus powder mask. I use it for the reasons she has mentioned and, in addition, for the SLIP. When I say it is an amazing herb, I truly mean it. I've been adding it to my CP Henna treatments. The definition for me; thereafter, is even better than that of Bentonite Clay. The viscosity is outstanding. If you can, try it.

Some cases are so severe, and based on the type of alopecia, cannot simply be remedied by these methods only. Alopecia areata, LPP are ones that is not comparable to traction alopecia. I have only few places that are scarred and therefore isn’t going to work there, but I will try and provide feedback.

To your viewers. Those of you who do research: you are blessed one thousand fold. If you know, you know. For those of you who follow: you are also blessed but please, let me enlighten you. There are things that CP recommends that improve your hair. If you do your research, you will find that EVERYTHING CP recommends is good for your gut health. Do y’all get that!!!!!!! DO YOU UNDERSTAND THAT???!!!???
@skb40553 жыл бұрын
If you do NOT understand that, please, Farida, please explain that improving your gut health (possibly, dietetically?) WILL GROW YOUR HAIR! To quote Produce Pete, “If you eat right, you’re gonna live right.” We mix potions and we apply them topically to our hair and pray for a miracle. Do we all understand that we need to eat well to get them inches? CP told us that in her early posts. Please understand this. Much love and respect, please do your research and try, try, try to find those things you can take INTERNALLY (depending on your health issues), that will ASSIST with your hair growth and help with other issues. Everything from depression to weight control to indigestion and beyond!

How do you use those herbs? I’m thinking about switching to henna from chemical dye. I still haven’t figured out how to get a beautiful rich chocolate color. Found a few videos on KZbin but I can’t understand the language. My hair is red and very damaged from color zap and red hair dye. I also have PCOS and other autoimmune issues. One of the things is it makes hair fall out and also lost the hair on the outside of my eyebrows. Trying to figure out more natural ways for my hair that is also better for my health. I used to have curly hair like yours when I was younger and now curls are loose underneath the top layer and the rest is slightly wavy. Getting my curls back, filling in the patches and trying to grow my hair out is a hair goal that I want to reach.

@@212TL hiya hun, I didn't take anything internally because I don't know how to stick 2 pills... It was mostly her recipes with Henna and ayurveda that changed my hair growth rate. @212TL2 жыл бұрын
@@LaaDiosaa Oh ok, I have tried henna and rice water. Rice water didn't grow my hair like I thought it would. Henna from Curly proverbs, does define my curls and give me hydration.But topical things don't seem to have much affect, because I'm a little past my clavicle. I have taken hair vitamins and that had really gotten my hair thicker, and just this past week I started drinking fenugreek because I've heard really good things about it

@@212TL Interesting, I guess we all have different problem areas. I used 2 complain about my length back in the days i was so impatient 2 see length, when I started 2 get 2 know my hair n accept how it was. I stopped checking length, when I least expected growth I saw a difference. Try oiling and massaging your scalp more frequently, try drastic hair growth treatments like Onion, Cayenne pepper n ginger juice: you will see a difference! I need the protein that's why rice water somehow improved my hair growth... Unfortunately my hair is not as thick as I liked it to be, I'm hoping 2 really find the solution. Maybe I should start taking something internally, what supplements do you take? What's your hair type? I'm 4b/c

@@LaaDiosaa good point about accepting your hair and before you knew it, it was long. I actually started speaking life into my hair and good things and I saw improvement.
