Hi guys! Hope you enjoy taking on some new ball mastery challenges. These 5 drills are excellent for developing confidence in tight space dribbling situations and getting comfortable using all the surface areas of the foot. Here are the time stamps for each drill: One - 0:10 Two - 1:46 Three - 3:34 Four - 5:24 Five - 7:21

I've been doing Maestro 1 for about a month now, on day 5, and my ball control and confidence in a match has gone dramatically up. Every time I see one of your combo drills at the end of a day I think, "you've got to be kidding, this is so difficult and complex!" But after working at it I figure it out and then I'm killing it. Thanks for all of these amazing videos Michael.

Which part of the foot is mostly used when dribling to opponent. 1.sole of the foot 2.outside of the foot 3.inside of the foot
@7mlc4 жыл бұрын
Depends on the player and their style of dribbling but at speed you typically use the front outside of the foot, the. In tight spaces the inside and sole are more common.

@7mlc4 жыл бұрын
Hi mate, thank you! Feel free to let me have a look at it. Know that every player is different. The main thing is, if you feel improvements through your current training, then it’s a good schedule. If you’re not improving/feeling fatigued and underperforming then there might need to be some adjustments.
@aovi81914 жыл бұрын
Yes of course mate, only the individual knows their own body and the effects of what they’re doing. But will send it over mate, just so I can get the thoughts of someone like yourself who’s been there and done the training and would know what they’re talking about! :)
