Great stuff - some I'm familiar, but a couple I'm definitely not. And I've been doing woodchoppers/trunk rotation, which I think you've covered before too

Okay. Will these really help get a more toned ab section? Diet is HCNF female? ALSO, how many times per week?

These exercises will help you strengthen your abdominal muscles and help them become more visible, but they won't necessarily reduce bodyfat in the abdomen. A consistent workout routine and clean nutrition are going to help reduce body fat so that the abdominal muscles will become more visible! I'd recommend doing core exercises 2-3 times per week.
