I’ve tried the OC locations , saw this one in Vegas open up and was curious, glad you went and gave us a tour! Glad to see Catherine again! I also use a 1/1 ratio with the soy sauce vinegar! Those dumplings look amazing! And the restaurant looks very spacey too!

Wow! Great dumplings to try here what a amazing dumpling house to go to. Must say each dumpling was more delicious than the next one so good flavours pork was dominant & different looking styles can see alot of care & techniques involved alot of hardwork goes into perfecting dumplings. Shrimp & pork ones looked like the rock formation on Close Encounters movie with Richard Dreyfuss haha. OMG! Beautiful Katherine was so elegant so informative & helpful so happy to see you two lovebirds enjoying new experiences together & love of food.
