I have had my phone and computer hacked, the car tracked and when I asked at the garage to check my car for tracking device the receptionist looked at me as if I was mentally unstable. I have been stalked and ostracised and being a single mum is not easy or even advisable to go to the police as without hard evidence they will call you a paranoid mentally disturbed person. Narcisistic abuse is hell on earth to go through.

I’m convinced that VIDEO documentation is our number one source of undeniable evidence of what they do to provoke or intimidate or stalk their victim. No one believes it and often refuse to see it. Only video can convince the majority of what’s actually happening and that you’re not imagining it.

Yep. He started getting in shape, teeth whitening, and running. He also had me followed and tracked. Smearing my name and the unbelievable setups. He would arrange a romantic evening, kids are away, and break out a bottle of wine.... then all of a sudden, he had to leave (to visit his friend's wife), and sure enough a colleague would show up at the house, I'm a little buzzed on wine to make it look like I'm drinking on my own. Crazy shit. Oh, did I mention the sociopath I married was a police captain?

Get a second phone and keep it out of the house only give the number to a trusted friend until it's safe to get out. Until then start putting money back in a separate account and keep that banking information out of the house as well

@@allisonknoblock2147 I would add to that, make a friend through the DV safety system who can be an observer & advisor & send assistance if you need it. My contact saved my life, literally, when the narc threw me out of our apartment in subzero weather & between paydays so I could not even get food. The DV system sent a rep to meet me at a nearby restaurant, got me temporary shelter, helped me get housing, furniture & food. It did literally save my life. Asking for help is hard enough, but asking the right source is crucial. Police can not help in most states. (Exception being Texas, they will advocate for you) I did it, successfully disengaging & staying alive, so you can too. Pray, prepare, & contact a DV prevention shelter that has resources. The national DV network has an 800 number, & so do most local shelters. But lical ones are carefully guarded. In my area, referrals are made through counselors & churches, police vet you & meet you to sign NDA before leading or taking you to a physical building. If you have been injured or attemped murder, they move you out of the area. GET HELP! You can do it!

When I was eight years old, my narcissistic mother bought me a storage chest for Christmas (and it contained other gifts inside). I thought I could keep my toys private inside it. But later in my teenage years, I noticed its contents shifted around including my diary, and my diary had pages missing and writings crossed out. After I moved out of the house on my own as an adult, I kept private things in it with a lock on the outside. One day after work, I came home to find the outdoor "hidden" spare key to the house on my kitchen counter, and the lock on the chest was missing and the contents of the chest were gone forever. I was never so angry in my life. The more I screamed at her over the phone, the more she seemed to like it. That was 1992. She passed away last year 2023 at age 89. That very same chest is now trapped behind boxes in a far desolate corner of the garage, and it has only one thing in it. Guess whose ashes are locked inside it? LOL

Can´t say what life joy I´m experiencing being detached for sure, throwing away any reminder, pictures, letters etc. Sometimes I wonder whether to even turn up on any funeral, it´s my life now.

Ex narcissistic husband is a police officer and I know how corrupt he and his entire department is. I’m about to shine light on everything, I know exposing a narcissist is dangerous but so is still dealing with his psychotic self and my children having to be subjected to it. I don’t wish him ill will but God needs to find a way to remove that monster from me and my children’s lives. Such a disgusting person if you can call my ex human. My ex narcissist was a police officer as well, and they all look out for eachother. The best thing I could do was document and collect every piece of evidence - that way, you are protected legally if anything goes down. If you obtain all legal proof, you are "Golden"!

Oh yeah, I knew my ex-narc was a snooper. Long story short I ended up having my own bedroom. So I purchased a 'hub' the part with the plug prongs that go into the wall for a charging cable. The difference was that the 'hub' had a hidden camera in it. I kept all of my chargers plugged into one power strip so it blended with the others. I left for work, came home and BAM got him on video the first day. To this day I have the video, I save it for insurance in case the day ever comes he wants to attack me, I will have my ammunition. I have a small library and trust me being the narc that he is he would not want anything I have being put out for all to see. It would literally pull his mask off!!! One of the most unsettling thing my ex (who was likely a covert narcissist) did was, just lying in bed and staring into the ceiling. I noticed when I woke up in the middle of the night and she didn't notice. As I was trying to fall asleep again I realized she was awake. Just emptily staring into the ceiling as if she was in contact with the howling emptiness inside her. This happened a few times, and a few times I disturbed her. This sometimes felt welcome and led to her turning on her side going to sleep, and sometimes led to drama that took hours to resolve. It felt like she was introspecting, but I am not really sure. It was very creepy as I at the same time learned of the inner landscape of the narcissist.

There were 100's of tactics/shenanigans/schemes my narc boss did to torment me while I was busting my butt, working in the field. Here are a few. 1) "Operation Nervous Breakdown" often send me way out of my way to "repair" a client issue...which the client never had. 2) Forcing me to go get a drug test twice a week. The testing facility kept asking "why are you here, again..we don't even have the results from you last test." 3) Went into my S.S. account via my SS # & changed my status from US Citizen to Non. Whenever, I'd request T.O., he'd smirk & say "you have no rights."

I handled it like a psychotic person… I had no clue what a damn narcissist was! So I thought we were hacked. But it led to me, find out that he was cheating and talking to many other women behind my back, even having sexual encounters with one particular married woman whom he was actually watching as well. He called me a narcissist, so I had to look into what it meant because I was starting to believe that I was one. Nope, it definitely defined him very well though. And I’m such an open honest person that I expected the same in return. Well, bullshit! You’re gonna get nothing but lies and contradictions to their lies. And then the things that you were knowledgeable with and tell them, they will flip back on you. And they love to play the victim and take no accountability. My honest advice is, if you hear of anybody else that takes no accountability on their previous relationships and their parent or especially their mother which ever parent is closer I would assume is saying and supporting the same thing as their previous relationships that they are saying to you. FUCKING RUN!!

He deleted my messenger conversations with him and with our good friend. Deleted the whole conversation list. Smear campaign of telling certain people I’m crazy. In the end they treated me so tenderly so I wouldn’t go crazy and I figured it out in short time. After the divorce being married over 34 yrs, he suddenly went MIA from church and all activities and events. He ghosted everyone including his best friend. Soon they found out what was going on without me saying anything.

Ok now I am concerned. My wife of twenty years would often spend hours away from home, and I was the stay at home parent. When she wouldn't come home, she would tell me she was "running errands" or just unwinding. So I put an airtag in her car because after years of this, I just couldn't reconcile all this time. I also looked at websites to look at people on marriage websites. She would always claim I was cheating on her, which threw up red flags for me. I have CPTSD and with no emotional support from my wife I would chat with women trying to get just a little feeling of worth that I was not getting from my wife. Does that mean I am a narcissist? She claims to others that I am. Anytime I tried to talk to her about my feelings, she just wasn't there. I would tell her I felt like an employee or the odd man out. That was always met with dismissal or just ignored altogether. I loved my wife dearly and supported her through cancer, MS, and several surgeries. She lied to me about all sorts of things. She even told me her parents that live halfway across the country kicked her out and she had to go stay with friends of hers that treated me poorly. I need to know if I am the problem here.

My brothers narcissist wife tried to set me up with a guy that was in love with her. I found out later that my she and my brother had had a fight about her being in contact with him on the sly after they had gotten married. So she tried to use me as a way to 1. Keep him in her life 2. Make my brother believe that she was only in contact with him to set us up. I figured it out after emailing with him and all the dude wanted was to talk about my SIL and whether she was happy with my brother. What a mind f. Unfortunately my brother bought her story. I’m now gray rock with them both. I won’t go full no contact because I want to leave the door open for him to come back to the light. It’s tempting though. Narcissists really do harm the character of their victims, change them into people you don’t recognize anymore

They say make more effort etc you do but then narc shuts down its like there telling each other what not to do or opposite ie oh communicate more you do it then get ignored when try to do it, its like these FM are messing with relationship do ghis fo that but none of it works lads beware if narc has a close friend who gives advice between you two some of it does sound good or even feel like your getting somewhere but end if day its a trick yo play on ur empathy and decency when they narc don't give a shit bout you

Yeah. I know a narcissist who tracked his wife. He put a tracker on the garage door so when his wife pulled in he could high tail it home so she wouldnt suspect he was with the woman he was having an affair with.

Absolutely. In fact I wish I never told anyone about what I thought was happening. It made things far worse for me in so many ways. I was told I was psychotic! Law enforcement told me that what I thought I was witnessing on my phone was impossible!

4:10 mine had me so turned inside out I was the one installing the spyware and doing the tracking I was the insecure one ,I had no idea that they were as equally insecure if not more behind my back however I was the one that was totally convinced something was going to go down. I installed security cameras all over the house which turned out to be a good thing cuz that's my video documentation, which inoculated her to them so now whenever she rages or goes ballistic that camera sitting right there she forgets all about it and the video it gets dumped to an online Drive account. The idea is to have so much of it there but it's just too much to go through there's a lot of nothing but there is diamonds in that nothing but to her just looks like a whole bunch of video files of nothing she's not going to waste your time going through. She has access to it but she does not have delete access to it that way I can share my password without fear of it being the right password. Please pardo my lack of punctuation.

❤i have delt with all these issue past present was a nightmare ive had my journals taken my house gone threw my favorite clothes shoes taken had my car messed with in the past now i dont say shit im scared my doctors want to help they said work threw the past hell no 😅im scared 4 years almost got killed mutilated in 2019 then bizzar i met a new man he keep saying odd thing 2020 i went to jail was assulted in there's 😢get out 2021 and move my home town on a braclet and new guy started actting nuts and violent but was drinking and was hoping he could get better only to fast forward 3 years i really know there is a source out there maken my life hell if i stay of sosicel media or dont tell personal thing me him do okay for a few if its just me and him but im learn hes got some issues 😢but mostly projects his negtive moods or bad behavior as im the one its a full ring circus 🎪

Got it change the password! And all of the above… they got so upset when they stole my phone and I documented it. They entered my home and stomped on the page… yea totally hacked…all the above 😏
