Got my ex back all I did was imagine and use the law of attraction. Every day I thought about her and i said she will message me. Of course I also thought back of memories I also portrayed myself as when she first fell for me. So I became a better version of that person more mature. I meditated on her I asked the universe I faked it till she sent me a message asking to talk becuz she couldn't be open with anyone as she could with me. Also I let go I told the universe I let her go but I love her and will see her in time. Never give up love is real. WOW I am so glad I clicked on this video. Not for the topic but for your transparency. I almost dropped the money Brad Browning was asking for for his program in my brokenness and desperation. I’m glad I went with my instincts and didn’t though especially after hearing what you just said about him. I appreciate your honesty and your empathy to wanna help people with their heartbreak. I listen to a lot of coaches and some do seem genuinely to care and help while others are just selling their product or coaching. Corey Wayne is one of my favorites but I could never afford his coaching. Some of these coaches charge way too much and know that in desperation people will pay it. Well I been doing everything on my own just by listening to a lot of your videos and others. Also I’m glad you brought up the law of attraction thing. I always felt very reluctant about that practice so thanks for confirming it to me. Keep up the good work

inexorablelove .... sure! In the wee hours of April 3rd, 2018 my bf and I (we had been living together for about 5 months at this time. And together for 19 months) got into a HUGE fight right before he left to do a 16 hour shift at work. His last words were get the F**K out. So, while he was at work, I moved out. I did not call him or txt him that day at all. In fact, I didn’t call him or beg him or cry hysterically in front of him. I just left, and basically fell of the face of the earth. My bf and our friends didn’t hear a peep out of me nor had anyone seen me. I was devastated. The first two weeks, I stayed at a friends house. The first week there, I never got out of my pajamas for the whole entire week. I just stayed on the couch all day crying my eyes out. That was pretty much what happened the second week as well. The third week I went to visit a friend out of state and cried there too. It was the second week that I found the no contact videos on you tube and started listening to all the videos. I found out that that the way I was dealing with the break up was what they called the no contact rule, and I didn’t even know it. I then realized that this was the way I’ve always dealt with my break ups in the past and my ex’s always came back. So I decided to continue with his ki contact rule theory. It was hard. But I kept at it. Soon a month went by, and I was now staying with another friend. I wasn’t crying everyday now. I was able to get dressed and function, but I was still depressed. Started going out with my friends and started trying to concentrate o other things. It was about a month and half into our break up when my bfs ex wife called me to see how I was doing. She then told me that he called her to ask if she had seen or heard from me. I was ecstatic! I mean, it was the beat news I’ve heard in a month and a half. Two days later, my bf sent me the first initial txt. It was about mail that was at our place. I waited about 5 hours before I replied. And I kept my reply short and simple and only addressed what he txtd about. The following week he initiated txt again and this time it was about the car insurance. I waited about 4 hours this time before I sent a short sweet and to the point response. A few days later he sent me another txt about something trivial and this time I waited 6 hours to respond ... but this time he asked me if I would meet him out for dinner bec he wanted to talk. I did not respond quickly. I think I waited about an hour or two to respond. When I said ok. I made it difficult for him to settle on a date and time. I wanted him to think I was busy and had a life and wasn’t just sitting around crying over him. Once we were out to dinner, he started his talk which basically ended up being that he wanted me back. Long Story short, we ended up getting back together with the intent of moving slowly. However, circumstances didn’t allow us to live slowly and now we are back together and living happily together. Life is good now. He said he needed that two months a part to realize that I was the best thing that had ever happened to me and that he didn’t want to lose me. The premise of this story is that, no contact rule works. The time frame for the ex to initiate contact varies bec we are all different. But if you do as the relationship experts say ... the ex’s do go into separation anxiety and that’s when the ex starts to freak out and has this overwhelming need to contact you. So stick with it. It WILL happen

A little vague background of my story for you Rory, I was broken up around Dec 14 2020, i begged and pleaded for like a week straight after that (got ignored as expected) then I started NC around christmas. I discovered Coach Lee first and his vids helped me a lot for nc encouragement, stumbled upon others like Coach Craig/Margaret and they were great aswell. Phony cash cow coaches like Clay Andrews and Brad Browning however are the absolute worst and i can see thru the bullshit so easily lol Havent broke nc since then, but im starting to run out of videos to watch from the coaches i mentioned, and then i found your channel. I gotta say Rory, ive been watching your videos for about three days now and you're probably most 'realtalk' no bs coach on this platform. Also the fact that you use your knowledge in behavioral analysis and rationalize it (especially for ppl like me who are literally at the most unstable peak of emotions), it actually gives me a more objective view of how I am feeling or how the dumper is feeling, etc. It amazes me how you only have around 49k subs, but I guess thats because you literally are too honest for some ppl, but i say that you should keep it up and not sellout because you're seriously helping ppl like me get through these rough times. Hi Mike, begging & pleading never helps as it shows you to be needy/insecure. Women are attracted to men who show confidence and an "alpha male" mindset. At the moment, your ex is making her stance clear. I suggest working on yourself, hitting the gym, changing up your routine/wakeup time/diet. Focus on making your dream life come true and go no-contact. As far as what your ex said, that is how shes feeling in the moment. That could change in two minutes, or two years. No way to know for sure. Focus on what YOU have control over, and get out of the business of mind reading. You'll feel so much better for it in time!

My ex dumped me February 2020 we had two years together and it was for the best part great however it was a rollercoaster every 6 months she would end it only for us to get back together again and the cycle began . We both spent lots of time together and travelled overseas on holiday a lot. She used to say to me she was an alpha female and sabotages relationships and I know this to be true as I could see cracks appearing before we split each time. I gave everything in the relationship and she would say I was desperate and needy but I wasn't unless I felt her backing away..I would chase and that wasn't healthy. After our split in February 2020 I pursued her and it made her anxious and angry so I stopped it's now been 5 months no contact and I haven't heard from her I know she did have a few short term relationships but none lasted more than 6 weeks. I still think about her every day and miss what we had.i feel without strong evidence that she is single and hasn't found someone who loved her like I did so I'm hoping without chasing her that she wi LL one-day reach out after more time away from me. So I messed up and got my ex a Christmas gift as well as his son because we were tempting to get back together. He didn’t get me one or my kids. He dumped me again a few days after Christmas. I've been hitting the gym like a maniac and honestly I've noticed what so many people have said that it is maybe the number 1 thing to get your head feeling OK. But think about this no matter how you feel is it gonna help you’re get back to them No, if you’re sad are they back No, if you’re happy are they back No, you never know but the only thing you know that when you hungry you eat you feel full, when you thirsty you drink you feel better, so focus on thing that you can control and help you feel better even just for a second, later a minutes , 10 minutes, or a while, and suddenly remember about them and getting emotion it’s ok, it totally normal, but time will heal, just focus on yourself, and you will know whenever you’re ready, and at that time you may still have strong felling toward them but you’re stronger and know what you should say and do, I wish you the best, I’m on the way to be a better version of my and I listen to my heart more and do what it tell me to do and listen to my heart more, I just need to do what I want and feel like I need to after that I will get back to my own way, and I wish them the best cause they once be a part of my life and will all ways be there, just like a good memory you’re keep til your death.

You may end up in a hospital and she will come to see you or tell you what you wanna hear but she will be deceiving you and only seeing you pathetic and a weakling. What you want to do is move on with your life and be strong and always improve ! Try to fill your empty time with activities and it's okay to feel emotional sometimes or miss her you just have to let it go (cry or unleash your anger somehow...) but don't fall into depression. This week she prank me like a bad way. her friend pretend to like me and have a crush on me and catfish me into a relationship but everything was fake also try to make up some lies to believe their trick like how they convince her to break up with me but it was fake was playing my feeling. Take Lucia's advice... DO NOTHING. The ball is in her court. No contact requires patience on your part. No contact is a marathon and not a sprint. Usually from day 45 to 60 your Ex will likely contact you. If your Ex doesn't contact you after about 90 days then she is no value to you. Once your Ex contacts you and once there is favorable rapport, ask "It's great to hear from you. I'd love to see you. When are you free for us to get together?" Try for dinner at your home and have her bring the wine. Don't follow the 30 day NC rule because it is BS.
