So, what does it mean? Should people leave their wives , house and children in quest of truth! As Ashoka embraced Buddhism and started practicing Buddhist principles the foreign invaders started attacking India! Therefore a king should live like a king ! If he renounces the world it gives horrible results! On the contrary Bhagavadgita taught us we should never neglect SWADHARMA ! And we should never embrace PARA DHARMA .
