That's a great question! I think I'll make a video about that in the future that will go into much more detail. The short answer is that that sure, as I believe most things are possible but it's unlikely for many and challenging for a variety of reasons. If you're interested in seeing if you are at minimum meeting the RDA for specific micronutrients, I rec. trying a daily tracker like Cronometer (free service) and you'll get an idea of how close or how far off you are to these daily requirements. Ultimately, if you take a good multi in addition to well rounded diet, you'll be a little more ensured! But excellent topic and stay tuned we'll take a deeper dive on that soon.

Lions Mane is great! It's just something I would consider 'next level' supplement wise - as oppose to being a foundational nutrient that people are often deficient in.

@@jesszadra all supplement i take are : NMN, Reishi, Lion's mane, Taurine, Magnesium bisglycinate, Zinc gluconate, Oméga 3, Mucuna Pruriens, Ashwaghanda, Panax siberian red Ginseg mixed in one capsule, black maca, Coq 10, Weathgrass, Hawthorn berries, Vit C, Vit D3 + K2, Selenium, Sea moss capsules, Kelp They are my friends i live with them hhhh Not taken everyday of course and not all of them It depends on what i feel and what i need Somedays i take just 3 of them per day And Turmeric My age near 39
