When you wake up stiff and aching every morning, just getting dressed makes you feel worse. I have no idea what my baseline is. While these suggestions do help, I wouldn't call any of them capable of reversing fibro. More like improving or helping to cope with fibro. Since chronic pain sufferers are generally desperate, labeling a video reversal of fibromyalgia sets someone up for disappointment. Just my opinion as a fellow fibro warrior. That being said somewhere between between being realistic and remaining positive when it comes to searching for relief us key, and these suggestions are sound. I just can't help but roll my eyes at the title. Pain rant over. 😊

joyful - petting my cats, finding things that makes me laugh, scripture reading, videos etc. It also becomes important when scheduling to make it not too full. I can manage 2 large tasks - like total laundry, or trip out of apartment and a few smaller things. I'm finding the cat care is becoming a large task when changing out litter. So I have to adjust, again.

Jillian Guilford How do you make life n’not too full’? Life goes on despite illness; I have to care for my 90 something parents, but equally it could be someone has to look after their children. I know someone with Fibromyalgia who is full time care for her ill husband. How do you stop life getting too full? I’m an ex teacher, have made every effort to access help, but like many others live alone. I am always trying to catch up...

thank you for this video. my husband has been struggling for 10 years and just come across you guys. it's music to our ears and you echo what we have been trying to work towards. we now have 2 kids so these things are even harder but working as a team, planning as a family, using kids kids for simple pleasure & memorable moments balances the extra chaos and stress they bring 😊

I love you for sharing these videos...I suffer all these horrible symptoms and have had several TBI's, car accidents which make my Fibro even worse than those who have not suffered much trauma in addition to Fibro & CFS.

useless, If you are in pain 24/7 and then have flare ups worse then ever you would be depressed too. The medical doctors do not get it and the fda keeps trying to take away your narcotic meds which do not take the pain completely away but it helps.

Sorry, this guy might know a lot of book stuff about fibromyalgia, but unless you have it, you just don’t understand. Certainly there are things you can do to help treat the symptoms, but yes, everyone is different. The title of this alone is not impressing me. Is he a Mother? Does he work a physical job, with shift work? 😐

Don't get me wrong I could listen to that voice and watch that hot body of yours all day. But I can't sleep even w melatonin, I eat vegan no gluten no dairy, nothing. I walk every day. Still tired, eat every vitamin supplement under the sun. Been to over 6 doctors in 10 years, no improvement!. Heating pad and tms helps. Daily affirmations, nothing. Just stumped, upset tears frustrated. Thank you though ❤️💞!
