You’ve quickly become one of my favorite channels on KZbin. I’m a woman but I’m on a mission to understand how a gentleman carries himself, thinks, and operates so I know what to look for when choosing a partner to date and eventually marry. You’ve helped me tremendously so thank you so much and keep up the great work.

He never said you should cultivate these traits to appeal to women, he said women are attracted to these traits, which is true. I hope you can understand the difference. Regardless, we went from the positive idea that says men should grow, develop, and cultivate themselves for themselves, to the negative idea that we should never do anything with women in mind. It's a childish idea that is simply a reaction to the toxicity of modern feminism.

Interesting video. My take is that you need to do these two things if you want to be the part of top 1%: 1. Develop a growth mindset, learn from your failures and mistakes, and strive to be at least 1% better than yesterday 2. Read 'Chase No More: The Path To Success, Wealth And Love' This book I mentioned is the most comprehensive guide on how to become modern, magnetic, masculine man.

What I always looked for, besides humor, was competence. When I was growing up, all men carried a Swiss army knife and knew how to use every tool in it. They could all fix a car (before computers were included) and had a well-organized tool chest in their car trunk. Men who didn't have these things were assumed to be incompetent or effeminate. Things have really changed in the last fifty years.

@Floorguy1000 - You certainly have a good point -- The concept of GENUINE result of who you are as a decent human, vs what mask can you use as bait. Also, that second character bragging about his unstoppable good fortunes and promotion in the big apple, could be either someone who is real but would care too much for career and not for her; Or, perhaps just a narcissist in process of impressing people to gain advantage from her.

Decisiveness is one of the most attractive traits for a man, and indecision is one of the least attractive traits. Nothing makes your girlfriend want to sleep with another man more than a 30-min conversation about where the two of you should go for dinner. Women want a man who can take initiative and make confident decisions.

Ambition and drive." This is the trait that every woman craves". I would have to disagree with this one. When I was dating and wanted to be a dad, I was dating women who were more looking for someone who could relate to them and their children. All depends on where they are in the process of life.

@James Lawley: What you are doing here with your channel is so incredible valuable. After decades of removing traditions, fading society standards, creating an armada of influencer who are convinced to now how it works and confuse young people with their trash content, distracting people with social media etc from what should you really focus on on life, you James… you tell us information which have more and more fallen into oblivion. I wish you, that the range of coverage of your content will reach a level you have not even imagined in your wildest dreams. Actually I would like to see you producing educational videos shown in schools to teach the generations. Sadly, that is not wanted by higher forces. And nowadays … well … we put our hopes into the hands of dudes like Andrew Tate. No comment. Personally the video which I preferred most was the one where you analysed the dating advice for young men from the 1960s(?). Please more of that. Treating a lady properly (Things which go far beyond opening doors etc.), being in a relationship, how to be a good husband, being role model for kids etc. Cheers from Germany

Men should concentrate on what they want in a woman. Forget what women want, sorry but be yourself nothing more nothing less. This video is more for attracting the more materialistic type, but a lot of people are artistic and Bohemian and do not care for all of that.
