I love the format of this one. Thank you for posting. Any suggestions on how to avoid my blood pressure dropping when I stand up. After 5 minutes in a squat I get light headed when I stand.

My pleasure! I too get that. Speaking for myself I take it easy as a I get up or stretch out my legs before (as in the outro). :)) If you do have blood pressure issues though, please check with your medical professional!
