2 years ago I couldn't connect to any of the affirmations that I ended up stopping halfway through the video. Now I'm doing this again in a much better headspace and I can connect to most of the affirmations ❤. Thank you Kassandra. Sending a lot of love to whoever reads this

I truly love this 🥹💗💗💗 I’m having a hard time with making important decisions in my life and hopefully I’m making the right ones. I lost my fiancé and my job in one month, I feel anxious about trusting again, in everything really. I don’t wanna feel like this anymore, I need a hug and someone to tell me that everything will be okay and I shouldn’t be scared because my future is bright, beautiful and happy 🥺 And this meditation makes me feel calm , and makes me not feel scared at least for one moment 🥺 So thank you 💖

I was just lostening to this while doing my nightly skincare routine in the bathroom when my husband walked by and said "wow who is that? I could losten to her everynight and would probably sleep like a baby because her voice sounds so soothing." I'd be jealous except he is right lol

This is the first series which has been so effective for me. Started doing this meditation five days ago while in bed after yoga and feels nice. Been doing your morning ones too. I'm struggling and I just want more peace to come into my life :(.

Affirmations are meant to train your brain to think and speak in a more positive manner. Change your wording from "I am struggling" to "I am striving for this!"..or "I am currently working on this"

I am really excited for this challenge, I have been doing the morning one over and over with the meditation. It has actually changed my life in so many good ways, I am calmer, happier and have lost 40 pounds since the start of the pandemic. Thank you so much for putting these out there for free, even if you don't know it you are changing lives! I rarely comment bc I watch them on my TV and there is no keyboard but I watch all the ads and promise to like every video in this challenge. Thank you so much!

Goodness .. this meditation was the key I needed to unlock the fear, pain, sadness and distress that I had been pushing away and trying to keep out of my conscious mind. My body has been hurting and head aches and insomnia and hard to breathe and in fight or flight for awhile now … I’m going through a big life transition (changing jobs) and listening to the affirmations just made me realize that I don’t believe some of them or want to push back against them, while also knowing that they’re probably true or have truth and I need to embrace it. I need that good cry to be able to work through my emotions and fears. Thank you so much ❤️🙏🏼

#goodevening Kassandra, when one gets a diagnosis and does the Skills Training and does weekly therapy (state funded) and then adds on your daily 10 minute challenges (I try to do either morning & evening but defo evening to sleep) life slowly but surely becomes manageable, and the hysteria quietens, and the stability enters one’s life. Oh glory what joy that brings xxx Thanks for keeping us alive ❤️
