Hi Kassandra! Since a few years, I start every morning with your 10 min practises. Thank you for providing them! When I am travelling for business, because of stress, long flights and heavy luggage, I need yoga even more than on any regular day. However, there is no appropriate yoga for hotels available. I believe it would be a great success to have a 5 day series of 10 min classes that can be done only in bed and standing (considering in a hotel you have only a bed and a floor you don't want to touch with hands). This was the first video I clicked for morning yoga. Just 3 minutes in and that pose where you're in a crisis-cross apple sauce but also a front bend made me pause the entire video and breath that pain OUT !!! What a huge hip opener, and an unexpected trauma release. What a great start to my day, thank you so much!

Im currently preggo (still comes out negative in blood and urine tests, since I have an IUD) and with a few modifications I really feel fantastic! I've done this evert day for a few now and it helps shake off that morning stiffness so much :) It's hard to commit to stretching properly when I'm body-tired and muscle stiff, but sitting in bed with this video for a few minutes feels so much more doable. Thank you!

I went to bed like 2 hours late and woke up like 45min early after a bad night's sleep of tossing and turning. Decided to try this out and I'm so glad I did. My back feels great and although I'm still very tired and my chest hurts from sleeping with my window open, letting a ton of allergens in to trigger my asthma, I'm mentally awake and happier. Thank you!

I just want to let you know how much this five-minute morning routine helps me start my day! I've been having some aches and pains and not sure why because I'm active exercise daily eat super healthy to a lot of stressing in yoga but this has really been a game-changer for me doing this in the morning really helps with the aches and pains and stretches out these muscles I didn't realize needed to be stretched out made a big difference and I'm passing it on to friends and family as well thank you for sharing this with the world!

This is amazing. I have fibromyalgia and have to take sleep medication, so there are plenty of mornings where I wake up very tired and in pain. I know doing some sort of longer stretching or exercise routine would help me, but when I wake up in said state I really, REALLY do not want to do that and motivating is hard. This short, intimidating routine, that I can do in my bed, gives me some energy and takes away more pain than I anticipated (I shouldn't be surprised - my doctors are always telling me to do yoga). Now I do feel like I could do some sort of exercise, but more importantly, I feel like I can get out of bed and live my life. Plus, its quicker and more effective than caffeine! Just wow, I'm extremely impressed by this. Thank you for uploading this, it is potentially life changing for me. 💚

Been doing this for around a month now (not always consistent but with the minimum of doing head rolls and side bends every morning) and I’ve noticed that my shoulders have actually straighten a bit. I’ve lost this sort of hump around my neck that comes from bad posture. I do couple this with her bedtime stretches too ranging from the 5, 10, 15 min ones :) as well as being mindful of my posture and how my body feels when I’m working.

Nice, simple, effective, and easy to follow. Thank you 🙏🏿. The only thing I found a little difficult was leaning over like a rag doll while sitting on the edge of the bed. I felt the real possibility of tumbling forward off of the bed.

If im not mistaken, you get added benefit of wind relieving pose / digestive help with the contraction of the knee onto the belly, but you do it better if the left leg is done first and the right leg after.
