I just tried this right after waking up. I had back pain and decided to watch a video for relief, and luckily, I stumbled upon your video 🤗 Most people tell you to bring the left knee to the right with your head facing the opposite way, which, yes, it feels stretched out, but it feels uncomfortable. I love how you just explain to stretch whatever way feels comfortable to our bodies instead of having us perform an uncomfortable stretch that may do more harm than good. I love your mindfulness and how relaxing your video was 🥰 10/10 enjoyed, and since I'm new, you got a new subscriber as well 🥳🎉

I used to sometimes follow along to other creators Morning Yoga in Bed videos, but I wasn't consistent for long because all the ones I found were a little too fast-paced and aggressive for someone who was NOT a morning person, trying to wake up without scrolling or falling into a snooze cycle. I'm so grateful that at the beginning of a new year I decided to give such a good healthy habit another try, and that the universe kept guiding me to this video. This was a lovely, gentle way to wake up and start the day 💖☀️

That was fabulous, Ann!!! I have a group that I meet virtually for yoga every morning, but getting out of bed is always the hardest part 😂. Starting this in bed got me out of bed with no trouble 🤗. I suggested the others try it!!! (Though I don't think they have the same getting out of bed challenges that I do 😉) Will definitely use this on tough mornings 😀.

This video has been very important to my routine. Last Christmas, i had 2-level disc replacement in my cervical spine. i became “lazy” about exercise &PT in the months that followed. I really just needed to start stretching & moving.
