Because we are all born breathing we are never taught or feel we need to learn but it's so important to get proper oxygen to our bodies it is crucial and our lives depend on it! Thank you for this video ❤️

My pleasure, Sheena. So few people know how their breathing is making a difference to their every day experience of life. And that's my mission!

Just imagine if we were responsible for our own breathing - having to remember to breathe properly!? This insight is a massive step in that direction tho - thank you!

Love the fact that it's the quality of our breath that is important for our bodies and minds. Thus proving the age-old concept of quality over quantity. Thanks for the super insightful video Nate and team 😀

There's plenty of techniques that can help you out without any physical movement at all. Set a time for 5mins and breathe very slowly and gently in for a count of 4 and out for a count of 4, or 5, or 3 - whatever feels most comfortable for you! Once you can do 5 mins comfortably, aim for 10mins and then 15mins. The key to training your breathing is regular, gentle and dedicated practice :)
