I hadn't heard of ZTD either. It does feel like some of those steps aren't really steps, more habits. I like the idea of aligning everything with longer term goals. That seems calming!

I'm going to experiment with both methods. Really useful info here, thanks :)

I hadn't heard of ZTD - surely 10 steps is a bit much, I like GTD's simplicity, I think!

Excellent video. You could have added that ZTD is 4 steps + 6 habits.

I find GTD (Getting Things Done) to be incredibly beneficial. I've been using it for some time now, and it has truly provided me with a robust framework for organizing tasks and, more importantly, outlining the necessary steps to accomplish them. It also allows me to allocate space for aspirational thinking in the 'someday/maybe' list. Nevertheless, it's noteworthy that various productivity methodologies exhibit both differences and resemblances to one another. Choose what works best for you and helps you get things done! (no pun intended) LOL!

Defo see the benefit of both, but I love the idea of a system that integrates more wholly into your life 😀

I'm less familiar with ZTD but it sounds great! I'll definitely give it a go 👍
