I have been doing the other ballerinas routines and although I have been doing it for a couple of weeks I can see small results ❤ I feel very happy seeing your videos and I must also confess that I love the way you speak and how you reinforce self esteem and self love! sending you lots of love from Chile 😘 (btw sorry for my english)

hi jacquelyn :) i just did this! you set me on fire!!. i could feel it in my love handles, back, butt muscles, under my butt. my legs were shaking too. i like that you dont have to use heavy equipment and you dont have to have alot of room for this. thank you. i appreciate your work :D

hi, i did 20 of these with my right knee slightly bent and my right butt cheek where it meets the hamstring was catching fire! also when one start to do the arm when getting stronger, will that help with chin ups? the difference i have noticed between ballet and gymnastics is gymnastists are bulkier and alot of them are over toned with their muscles.

米米 don’t lift your leg as high next time, and engage your core!

it does my lumbar & i can tget my leg high like her. i like that it also works the lumbar & low back regions as it is a recurring thing of me pulling my low back bc those muscle are so weak. otherwise i like it :)

You have beautiful legs. I can't get my leg parallel to the floor. My toes will only come about a foot off the floor.

@@ActionJacquelyn i find doing this works my lumbar and low back regions which is what i need bc sometimes there is not enough room to lay down on the floor being on my belly trying to repeat what i have seen little kids in Russian rhythmic gymnastics training doing. so i stand up for this.
