It was one of those days when I seemed to be operating at 50% and so the day got away from me. Thought about skipping trying to exercise, but I located your chair workouts on KZbin, and did this one. Every little accomplishment helps. Thank you so much for recommending these to me, Jules.

UK 81yrs loving this Jules❤works so well in wheelchair and •5kg weights. Apart wrist twist in opposite direction 😂😂

Thank you Jules! As short as this one is, I have a hard time marching with my left leg due to my neuropathy, but I can move my heel/toe on the left instead of marching! Love it!

I definitely prefer these videos where you give verbal cues. Lots of good upper and lower body combinations here to make a concise full body workout.
