This is a good stretch to start your day.. Im working at home and my body has been very stagnant in a loooong while. I used to be more active but has let go of myself in the last year or so and it showed when I tried this stretch. I cant believe how tight my muscles are. This type of stretching used to be too easy for me and now it’s challenging for me to do the squat stretch (used to by my fave).. Im now challenging myself to do this everyday for 1 month before I go back to doing a strength routine..

Such a good stretching routine in the office during the time we are not busy with patient. Short time but very effective for my whole body muscle tight. I found this stretching is better than yoga in the morning cuz sometimes yoga in the morning make me feel sleepy again. So this gonna be my morning stretching routine from now and yoga gonna be at night time after working.
