How much rest time between push up workout days? Heared big muscles like chest need 72 hours to recover+grow... also heared "you could do push ups daily" but whats true? I guess every 4nd day you train the same muscle again Day1 pushups Day2 arms Day3 back, shoulders Day4 legs Day5 repeat day1

Guys i'm a complete beginner i just wanna know if thèse exercices are enough to build a massive strong upper body i mean only doing a lot of séries of push UPS or i should Say knee push UPS for a beginner I really want to know Ur toughts guys

Probably not, but if you do enough of them daily, with a decent intake of protein, you'll develop a shredded body depending on your height and weight. It's not as good as pumping iron, or at the very least increasing body weight with a vest or putting a weighted plate on your back, but it's better than nothing.
