Totally feel accomplished. In the past few months, due to medicine with weight side affects ive gained 42 lbs. I’m 5’2” and 152 lbs. ive never been overweight before and this is devastating for me but i just found your chanel, watched your weight loss story and feel so motivated. I’m off that medicine now so I’m hoping my weight will drop back down to 110😊 thank you for being a role model❤️

I loved this video. It is kind of deceiving! At first it's doesn't seem that difficult but when I was done I was somewhat out of breath. I loved the boat bikes. That has always been one of my favorite moves. Although I've never done it with the bicycle and that was a very nice touch. However my favorite move here was the pretzel because it is difficult to keep your knee and foot level. My favorites tend to be the ones I find hard because I feel like it pushes me to try harder. #nowiwantapretzel #day1done

I do cross country and it has increased my muscles but I can’t help but to think I’m not doing the exercises right because I only feel it in my butt (my legs as well) and not really my sides. I just want to see if that’s what should happen just to make sure thanks :)

I know it’s late but I’m trying to lose my love handles for high school. I’m not really fat I just have love handles that’s it. If I do this and two other video for back fat and love handles and cut out all the junk out. Would I be able to lose my love handles in like 30 days. Btw doing all three of the workouts everyday.
