Gonna be updating my progress everyday guys!! i'm so so so insecure about my saddlebags, i just can't not be insecure about them when i wear jeans, so i finally decided to go ahead and work on them because i'm the only one who can help myself get over my insecurities and wear whatever tf i want without being conscious about it!!!! Before starting Fullest part of my thighs 58.1 cm Day 1✅ Day 2✅ Day 3✅ Day 4✅ Day 5✅ Missed one day, was reallly busy ❌ Day 6✅ (gonna try doing twice today bcuz i missed yesterday's) Day 7✅ i checked progress after a week and i lost a cm yet. ig its a good change in a short period.

Okay so I have a pear shaped body with a really big butt and wide thighs and I came across this and see it as a blessing! I just did this workout and boy do i feel the burn in my outer thighs I plan on trying to do this twice a day and I shall update you guys every week! Day 1: I feel the burn and feel hopeful that I can lose an inch at the end of 2 weeks (haha lets do this) Day 3: I did this workout twice + did another 5 minute workout targeting my thighs and I feel like my legs are gonna be so sore tomorrow! Also, I didn't measure myself before starting this challenge, but i'm hoping that in a few weeks I can see a noticeable difference (maybe my jeans will fit better? fingers crossed) More updates later!

As usual another person who never follows up- well, I can say it does work I did it every day for 2 weeks and it’s amazing how toned up the legs get. She’s doing a riff on Windsor Pilates but it’s abbreviated. That chick prob gave up after 3 days..

I’ve been doing this workout for about two months now and when I tell you this works- it really does. I don’t have measurements or anything but it has worked WONDERS for my legs. They not only feel more muscular and strong, but they actually have slimmed down. I would soooo recommend this workout. Believe me, it’s worth spending time on.

Day 1 - my legs are burning and I’m very excited to see results✨ Day 2 - I felt my legs are burning and working when I did the circles. Which is a good sign ✨ Day 3 - everything got so much easier and I could feel my legs are burning and my hips too ✨ Day 4- I could see little difference. I will keep going! ✨ Day 5- everything is easy now ✨ day 6- I’m very proud of myself for doing it this far✨ Day 7- I could see a difference!! I’m gonna do it for another week!!✨ so now I’m in day 9- I could definitely tell there’s a difference my outer thigh burned a lot of fat✨ Day 10- as she said I tried combining the inner workout in another video she posted and I’m happy with the results I’m getting, I can’t even walk on my legs✨

*I m gonna do it everyday and update here* I also wanna say that I quit drinking soda and eating bread. I won t be doing any other kind of work out. Day 1. It was new and it kinda hurt. But it wasnt that hard( I ve done it twice) Day2. I can feel the pain from day 1, I swear is so hard to do it and my thighs hurt a lot ( I ve done it twice) Day3. Today I m gonna do it once . Still no change and I didn t eat so much. Idk why it s not working. Also the pain is gone. I think I got used to it. Day4. I ve done it once this morning after I woke up. It might be a little change and it helps for your belly too. Day5. Ok so... there is a little change like I said. I did not measure my tights because I wanted the difference to be noticeable. And it is, just a lil bit.( did it once) Day6. Yeah...I kinda messed up and drank a lot of coke and eat some chips. But I ve done the exercises so it should be good. Considering the fact that I didn t follow a diet, it kinda worked.( did it once)

Im just done this workout for 2 days with 2 rep.. And it was a shocking different.. Even i feel like im not doing it right.. But its work.. Really work.. Thankss so much... Just try by yourself.. Its a miracle!!

7/13/22 update: SW: 210 lbs CW: 152.4 lbs (lost 57.6 lbs.) GW: 135ish 🤷♀️ Really liking my current weight 😌😁 17.4 lbs to go Thank you Katie!!!!! You are awesome!!! My 15 yr old son walked in my room the other day & said, “exercising with Katie again” lol 😆 I was like, OMG 😆 he already knows who you are because you’re on my flat screen tv on my wall everyday. Hi Katie - thank you for this video! When I was younger, I was a martial arts instructor, very fit, very flexible. Since then, I've had 2 kids and gained over 60 pounds. I meant to start exercising again for years, and today I came across this video! Oh the shock - of not being able to lift my legs, or flip over without feeling like an ungainly, beached whale. My thighs (and cheeks - both kinds) are burning... and I am determined to make a change. So, thank you for being THE motivating factor in my life-changing decision. gonna do this for a month! i’ll edit the comment everyday. day 1 ✔️ day 2 ✔️ day 3 ✔️ - It feels much easier to open up my legs now! I’m more flexible and can open them up way higher. day 4 ✔️ - can't believe how easier this has become now compared to the first time i did it. it feels sooo good now, don't think i'm gonna drop it any time soon! day 5 ✔️ - Yesterday I crashed into bed as soon as I arrived home so I had to skip for one day. Still not struggling to do the moves, I’m actually really enjoying the burn on my thighs and I feel like I can do another workout along with this one! day 6 ✔️- Realized the workout still kinda burns but totally endurable. I try to mix this with other short workouts here and there. day 7 ✔️ - One week in! Had to skip yesterday again. I can totally notice that my thighs look more toned and less... jiggly. day 8 ✔️ - The longest I’ve been able to stick to a workout. Officially in love with this workout routine. day 9 ✔️ day 10 ✔️ - had to ditch the workout for 3 days straight during my ski holiday :( i’ll make sure to not skip it ever again from today on. hopefully won’t inpact the result that much.

My jeans are already super loose in the leg area from doing these, yay! I have to happily buy a new pair, lol. It only took 2 weeks to feel a difference, and now almost 2 months my jeans are super loose. All that from a 5 minute workout, i'll take it 😄 lol

Love this workout Katie!!! It's working for me!!! I've been doing this 6 days a week for a couple of months now. I have noticed how much it has trimmed my thighs. Thank you!!! 😊 2/16/2022- still doing this everyday or at least 6 days a week. Huge difference!! Where did my thighs go 🤔😁 I'm stoked!!! I hated those thighs!!! I went down a size in my pants too!!! 5 minutes a day that I never regret!!!! Love your other workouts too!!! 💪

I am doing this workout for almost a year (and other leg workouts including running) and it doesn’t really work for me:( I feel the burn each and every time but I don’t see too much of a difference Still recommend it! It is working on the muscles and it’s always good to work out

Gonna start today I'll update everyday! ✨ Day 1- I almost died. I skipped like half of the workout and alot of took breaks..this proves how unfit I am. Day 2 - It was a little bit easier, I took breaks but not as much as yesterday. Will update tomorrow ✨ Day 3 - it was same as yesterday, it was a little more easier tho. Day 4 - it felt soo good today, felt the burn but now I'm kinda used to it. Day 5 - I'm seeing no results but.. I will say that my legs are a bit tighter.. Idk I just think they are. Day 6 - Still no difference..i think I'm gonna do it for one more week. Will update tomorrow Day 7 - OK so no difference.. As expected.. But I'm gonna continue to do this workout but, I'll stop updating.
