sometimes i find that my mind doesn't settle for the first listening, and so I do it again. and it is so beautiful, gentling taming my mind. thank you for your continuous effort creating these beautiful meditations. you are loving so many!

Day 5, felt much more relaxed than past few days. I was able to be more focused and could think less, was able achieve less distraction. It helped me to accept my surroundings as part of consciousness rather than hinderance. Thank you for this guided meditation.☺🤍

this actually made me cry. i have had an exhausting weekend with a lot of emotions, high and low ones, but this 5 minutes is what i needed to just realize how sad i truly felt and how much i was masking it. it gave me space for 5 minutes in my day to release the pent up tears. thank you so much. i feel so relieved. ❤

I did not like this meditation. Because with my overactive mind, I kept wandering off it just didn’t hold my attention. My mind was completely lost on thinking about other things that I could not stay present and I don’t know what it was about this meditation, but it did not hold my attention.😢
