I started a new desk job today at home. I set my alarm to do this every hour, and it was perfect to get me moving and give me a quick break. I will be using this all the time. 💕

Brilliant! I had a spare 5 minutes and my step count was a bit low so I did this. Jogged in the walking bits so clocked over 1000 steps. In 5 minutes. Fabulous. Thank you Rick. Your workouts are a regular part of my day now. 😁🥰🚶🏃‍♀💃🤸‍♀

I work out 45 minutes a day. My first workout was 40 minutes…I said to myself “I wonder if Rick has a 5 min video….” Sure enough you came through! Thank you so much! I love your energy!!

Wow. You did it again. This short workout was great for those of us working from home and attends back-to-back meetings. Between meetings I can get a quick workout vs eating.
