I started a new desk job today at home. I set my alarm to do this every hour, and it was perfect to get me moving and give me a quick break. I will be using this all the time. 💕

Brilliant! I had a spare 5 minutes and my step count was a bit low so I did this. Jogged in the walking bits so clocked over 1000 steps. In 5 minutes. Fabulous. Thank you Rick. Your workouts are a regular part of my day now. 😁🥰🚶🏃♀💃🤸♀
