I have been a fan of Leslie from 2003 or 4 when her programs were available thru cds. Unfortunately the world was so big then that i could not buy the cd as they would not post it to India! Then when i subscribed to Gaia yoga class much later, where these walks were available. I have been doing just those walks - 3 mins, 5 mins, 2 miles, and 3 miles. That's it. Only recently i looked her up on youtube and she looks the same! What power and energy! Now all her 5 min walsk are my favourite on youtube and i play them on auto every hour!! That keeps me active... Thanks and more power to you , Leslie!

I'm limited to how much walking i can do because of nerve damage in both feet from diabetes..So this video is a blessing to me because it gives me the walking exercise i need and it doesn't affect my neuropathy .. Ty Leslie

Im gonna start with this walk, and them move up to more. Im 60 and I need to get some exercise, the thing I love about Leslie is she tells you that if you need too SLOW DOWN. I was doing a 5 minute march in my living room, Ill do this every other work out.
