5 Minutes Ready ! Just flour, water, and salt! Quick and Easy flatbread! No Kneading! No Oven!

All-purpose flour 450 grams (3 cups)
salt7 grams (1 teaspoon)
using a whisk
water 710 ml (3 cups)
Add the flour
If the dough is thick, add 125 ml (½ cup) of water
Stir until all the flour is fully incorporated
I'm using a non-stick pan
Pour the dough into the preheated pan
Spread the dough evenly across the pan
Cook over medium heat
Flip the bread over
Flip bread while cooking for a softer texture.
When the bread begins to rise, gently press rising bubbles in the bread.
Popping the bubbles with a spatula will create larger bubbles, forming a substantial balloon!
Remove loaf when balloon reaches edge.
Cover the bread to keep it soft
Flip when bread browns lightly on top.
Reduce heat after removing bread to prevent pan overheating.
Increase heat to medium for new dough.
This cake is incredibly soft and delicious
No kneading or proofing is required for this bread
