Aligning the kettlebell to the correct side of the body was my ah ha. I’ve been inching towards this conclusion on my own m, so it was amazing to hear it from you and validate my feelings.

Thanks for this; I've been trying to improve my swing form. One question - for bigger thighs, do you recommend a wider stance?

Hey Beth, thanks for watching and glad you've found this helpful. For bigger thighs, you're gonna need a "quad focused" exercise like the double kettlebell front squat or other "direct muscle work." You *might* be able to pull this off with the double kettlebell swing, but the front squat (or squatting period) will be the best place to invest your time. Thanks again for watching.
