@@rufitofficial I haven't sprinted yet. I'm not sure I'm there yet. I'll have to get out on some grass and see how that goes.

I'm around 12 weeks post OP and just starting to somewhat go up and down stairs. I'm feeling good and can walk, drive, do chores, carry groceries. the one thing that is extremey hard for me to do is controlled slow knee extensions - i can bearly do a 4-5 just with the weight of the leg and they are quite painful. Didnt try jogging yet, but i can manage fast walking, the PT told me i need more time to heal and regain some quad size.

@@dreamcatcher621 is the pain you feel in leg extensions at the site of the patellar tendon or is it somewhere else in the knee? When I have discomfort from deep squats or anything else, it's in the joint and my PT believes that it's from a lack of strength.

I always look forward to seeing your videos Tomorrow marks my 2month postOp..I’m finally walking up stairs normally and walking down ALMOST normally..i just put my hand on the railing just incase… Idk if this is normal or just the early stages of it but when i lightly tap my heal on the ground for some reason I can ALMOST feel the inside of my repair like flapping😅 Have u experienced something along those lines??

Sounds like you are doing great. I never had that exact experience but I will say that for the first probably 3 months my knee just felt loose. Maybe its from things being stretched during surgery and lack of strength but I felt like I had to focus on it all the time or it might just give out stepping down from something.

I’m about 13 weeks post op on my left knee!! Walking without the knee brace feels so good and without the crutches as well! However, I can’t still walk up and down the stairs.. and it hurts when doing squats or lunges, on the MPFL area (above the patella, to the right) Feel like I’m a bit far back and currently on 100 degrees, and it feels so hard to get full ROM. Hows the best way to stretch it? Love the updates btw!

@@ss1mbaa When I have discomfort in a deep squat or walking down hill it's in the MPFL area also. I have heard that often times that can be from a weak VMO. I'm working on some things to strengthen mine and I may even do my next video on that. For stretching, I like to get the knee and quad muscles warm first by taking a hot bath but a heat pad might work as well. I do think a lot of stiffness in the knee is just swelling and scar tissue and so some of it is just time.
