1. Drink Luke warm water in morning. 2. Practice yoga daily. 3. Exposure to sunlight. 4. Eat protein rich breakfast. 5. Practice mindfulness.

I just lost 3 KG's in a week by doing kapal bhatti and few other asanas. I can do 500 rapid exhalations in five minute. While doing gym I did not even lose 1 KG in a month.

When i was looking for traditional yoga classes i was so frustated by poor english translation of weired names like upword dogs ..down words cow .. god knows what when the sanskrit means mountain or hill . I dont want poor translations , I want authinic names and ways to perform it. Finally i found authentic indian yoga knowledge and I absolutly love this chennel so authentic and ancient knowledge which helps every human being irespective of name ,cast, gender, religion , nationality. Neither i have spend tons of money to have a healthy mind and body. Thanks you so much for this iniciatives.

@@uzmaasif3502 Eat soya floor roti, full day drink luke warm water, eat sprouts, seasonal vegetables specially leaf vegetables, and Total 10 km joag at morning and evening . Don't eat after sunset. Avoid Poteto , maida, wheat, rice definitely u reduce atleast 10 kg and most importantly only 1 time u take a cheat meal in a month

Hello mam, I need your help from past 10 years I was patient of hormonal disorder due to which I was getting irregular periods. I went to several gyna and completed there same kind of course, which made me to gain a lot of weight. Presently my weight is 90 kg. I m always trying to loose weight by walking everyday for 6 km, through dieting also.. but I loose my hope because ultimately there's no difference please help me out.
