*🌞FREE DOWNLOAD! Why Stretching WON'T Make You Flexible: **www.criticalbench.com/stretching*
@ycheerio3 жыл бұрын
I was a competitive athlete for many years and I know the value of stretching and keeping in shape. The pandemic just made me lose all desire to do stretching and everything. The result is I am very tight. I've made a commitment that I have to make this change and go back and get my flexibility where it should be. Thank you for your simple techniques!

I have done variations of these n usually before I play pickleball. My friend calls me Jack Lalane for strerching. As a personal trainer n athletic injury trainer in college, I know that stretching is so important to your play n flexibility. Now at 65 even more so. If I dont stretch before i play i can risk a serious injury. Then I wont be able to play for awhile. I would say 80-90% of the people I see play rec pball don't stretch. Sad for them. Great 5 stretches. I have shared with several friends. Keep up the videos.

@Marinette0073 жыл бұрын
Anne, sorry to know you are in pain after the therapy. Ask your doct if its normal to feel pain. Mysister thad also the same problem and I recommended to take Motrin as a pain relief. -I have had to suffer different kinds of pain in my long life, and I hate pain. My sister had so much relief with Motrin, or any other kind OTC iborpophen. Wish you luck and believe the pain -eventually- is going to go away. Good luck

This is great and all, but what's up with that video download? Your post is about stretching/flexibility, yet im seeing a free download video titled "Why stretching wont make you flexible". Very contradicting!! I saw smthg like tht few months ago & was like, well gee, should we stretch for flexibility or not???? 🤷🙎

Hey Coach,can u clear a doubt of mine?? Isn't the goal of bird-dog exercise to establish movement at extremities WITHOUT COMPROMISING stability of spine?? What's the point if u are rounding and arching???

Do you have a suggestion for how to get flexible enough to do the world's greatest stretch... I can't even begin to do that one.
@Criticalbench4 жыл бұрын
If you start and are consistent with a daily stretching routine, you will get to where you can do that stretch. It will happen ... but you have to be committed to a daily stretching routine.

@Criticalbench4 жыл бұрын
Barbara we have tons of training and exercise videos that will give you great routines that you can do to increase your fitness and help support weight loss. It's important to remember though that fat loss is a "whole body" process and in order to be successful in that you also need to have excellent nutrition 😊

Hello Coach Brian, I have many questions, first is this one, do I need to do only one for morning or do I need to do this, like when I do this kzbin.info/www/bejne/rHXQfqZ9gJepmZI I need to do this after kzbin.info/www/bejne/lZWnhoOgg9p_g9U Or when I do the first one, tomorrow, I will do the second one. Thanks and more exercise videos, I do your body weight training like 3 -4 times a week, day 1- chest, Day 2- shoulder, Day 3- legs and day 4- abs
