Just wanted to say it's fantastic that you're still making great food, despite a tight budget. If you've not heard of her Jack Munroe also offers budget recipes too. She started out blogging below the breadline with her and her little boy. The bean burgers are a favourite with us, go back to it over and over. 20p per portion too!

A great thing to add are legumes. You can buy beans dried and in bulk which comes cheaper than the canned version (but you need to soak them overnight)

And if you want a thicker crust on your wrap pizza: Use two wraps and put the cheese in between them to make them stick together. That's how I like doing it lol.

Using the food processor is my favourite cooking hack ever! It’s so quick and easy plus you only need to rinse it afterwards, I tend to chop my onion and garlic by hand and then put the less strong scented veg in the food processor so I can just wipe it out with a tea towel afterwards.

I like, never follow any recepies (unless were talking about baking ) but watching these kind of videos help a lot with like, knowing what goes well with what, what season inga to use and how to do things. I'm still kinda new to vegan cooking even though I've been vegiterian (or... Pesceterian really) for three years so the inspiration is needed

I learned so much from your video, 1. I am a lazy vegan, in my defence though my hubby isn’t vegan so I have to cook 2 different meals. 2. I’m not eating enough, it was really helpful to see the portion sizes. 3. I’m totally going to try all this of these. Ps I already make the pizzas and they are soooooo yum tfs!

LOVVEEEEE. Thanks for sharing. My husband and I (vegan 3.5 years) eat easy meals like this all the time. We don't see the point in preparing and cooking things that take hours, for you to then eat it in a few minutes 😅 We like simple meals and they're still AMAZING 😍

ok so as a student I don't have this toaster thing BUT as my family knows I love cooking they gifted me an awesome tiny smoothie maker. And LORD I need to make this lazy pasta. This is perfect for friends that come over, for kids (thinking about my little cousins here) and you want to sneak in some veggies, and specifically perfect for that day when I study and I ran out of all freezer meals I ever saved for that time. Also, oh my goooooood the stew solves all my I-don't-like-these-chunks-of-carrots-in-my-stew-but-I-don't-want-to-miss-out-on-their-taste-problems.

Lazy? Yes please! I LOVE lazy, haha. One tip is you're interested: you can "fry" those vegetables without oil, just a bit of water, basically steam them while stirring. I have problems processing oils, so i use very little and get them from nuts and seeds. (Vegan) Thanks for these recipes! Hi from Canada. :)

Great content, I like how you show the whole process, and the recipes look great. Just some videography suggestions though, if you shoot in 24p (if your camera has the option) it makes the footage look more cinematic, and using a lower shutter speed like 30 will also make the footage look less jumpy/unnatural motion because it adds motion blur to the movement. Please don't take that the wrong way, I only mean to be helpful and not overly critical, its just the videographer in me. Everything is shot well, but the camera settings just seem to be working against you a bit.

I love nutritional yeast. But it would be good to remember that it is heat sensitive, so should not be used for baking or added before cooking, heating above 100°C will damage the nutritional content.
