I made the brownies today with half the amount of sugar and reduced the amount of vegan butter slightly because in my experience, a 1:1 ratio of sweetener to flour is good for me, and oh my god, it is so good! The crunch of the chia seeds is probably the best thing about it. They are a bit delicate as you've said, but it's gooey through the middle. It's so quick to make as well, hence im absolutely addicted to this brownie now.

I see your video for the first time, and let me tell just kindly, really, an advice. You put the words in the middle of the screen, and even though it looks stylish, it's so into the background, and so fast as well that it is a pain for the eye to read. If you consider it you should put the words to the corners maybe, it would be much eye-friendlier :) but a really nice video though! :)

When mixing the butter and flour ect use only the tips of your fingers as the palm of your hands are very oily and the mixture will stick to it
