You're so welcome! We actually just changed our Instagram account over to a creator account this month, now we can access and use the music, and it hasn't impacted us yet. We'll see if anything changes but it may be something to consider depending on your business. - T

So that's typically a theme account asking for permission to use your post. There shouldn't be anything scammy about that, but just check the page before agreeing to make sure it's somewhere you'd like to include your post. - C

Hi Cara-Leigh, thanks for the kind words. Essentially you'd want to search for the key words, so for you, it'd be Disney, Mickey, Minnie, Goofy etc. There's nothing under those big keywords? - C

Why is that with the trending arrow up icon, my personal account has it on reels when I scroll through reels but my business account when I search for that same reel on the exact same user account, it doesn't have that trending arrow up. Also, in my business account, NO REEL has the trending up arrow icon. Only my personal account reels has it on like every 3rd reel when I scroll....

That could be because Business accounts don't have access to regular audio. If you change it to a Creator account, it'll be fine. - C

Hey - you're welcome! If your account doesn't have music available you will take a risk by reposting anything that doesn't have pre-cleared music. Have you considered changing your account type so that you can access music? Hi Leslie, we'd recommend to keep it to just single images or videos. The split images look cool when people see the profile grid, but they rarely are engaging pieces individually. You'd be hurting your engagement but going with one of those types of images, unless it was some sort of designed piece where each part is engaging in and of itself. - C

Hi Sophie, thank you so much! That's what most folks have been saying, I think it's worth testing more over time to see if the drop continues, and if it does, just go back to 30 hashtags. We're still testing to see quantitatively how things perform. Makes sense re the Oz market. I would definitely say it's better to lean in heavily to Reels for sure, images are fine here and there but Reels will move the needle for you. Thanks for watching! - C

Usually virality doesn't always equal followers. Because so many posts go viral every day, users don't really even look at the account who posted it. There's not much you can do to fix that really, it's essentially part of the nature of going viral. If all of your other posts are similar to the one that went viral then it could help potentially, it would be worth a shot. - C

Hey, one of my posts got removed because it was falsely reported. Now I'm shadowbanned my account doesn't show up in search when one search it up using the keywords like it used to, they took my eligibility for branded content and I had a massive engagement drop used to get 4-6k impressions from hashtags everyday now its down to 30 impressions from hashtags. Is there a way i can get rid of this shadowban? will it stay like this forever? please help.
