The main problem is with our system of service where in other countries except some western and other countries where police has been given to make civil statement to put army personal in custody for he can be charged with while in other countries more over in middle east countries its seen that the army and police both have separate laws for them even if an army officer is arrested there he or she is investigated properly by their own department even after police allegations and then courtmartialed and trailed according to civil law but in our country police have been given open hand to put up allegations against a central defense officer and then put him up in custody while they are having their own laws of arrest i think now that our law system should change and should make law of arresting an army officer though if he is on or off duty he should be arrested by his own department police which is military police because giving free hand to police for arresting army officer is not right as they may manipulate laws and make false statement against central defense employee like in this case which is utterly shameful

I remember army havaldar prabhakaran issue , please don't be quick to comment anything on any side , because in a incident last year , in Tamilnadu similar thing happened when a army personnel missleaded social media by posting that police and local mob of estimated 60-70 people attacked his wife and she herself beaten self for sympathy and admitted to hospital but later revealed that his wife was not vacating the shop as per aggreement time mentioned and in reverse threatening owner of the shop on using his husband army designation . Sometimes we never see the other side of incident but it's also important to know what actually happened .
