I have been practicing pretty much all of these except for the hi-hat foot thing. One of the best bass drum exercises I have found is playing Casiopea - Street Performer it is pretty challenging with a single pedal when playing the hi-hat openings and it's certainly fun to play.

This is a great little lesson. I can play most of this behind the practice kit or to songs. Doing this stuff in a live setting though is tough. I have noticed that when you do nail a pattern or fill live you can do it again from there on out. Would love the confidence to play free without fear of mistakes but that's how you grow and learn to cover them up. Love your channel man.
