how do you achieve that kind speed when you do those? do you have a lesson on that too? great vid though!

The short, but still true, answer is you play it slowly over and over and over and over and over and the speed comes naturally. I don't believe I've ever done a speed lesson because that's basically what it boils down to. There are some more/less efficient methods and ways of making speed practice more fun, which I might make a video on. Thanks for watching!
