I use 2 of the 5 fragrances at night: "Lovely" and "Mon Guerlain". Also love my old stand by "Yardley's English Lavender". If it was good enough for Princess Diana, it's good enough for me. (It was one of her favorites!) I'll have to try "Coffee Break," too.

just an FYI, salt lamps may be ⚠️ dangerous to cats. Cats have died due to licking the salt. Also read up on essential oils and dangers for cats ( via diffuser). Love your choices of perfumes. Thanks!

Plants are definitely mood boosters, I also bought myself a tiny caladium roseglow in winter. It was so smooll before spring literally fit in a small cup, now it has grown up to a beautiful young lady with red cheeks 😄 I love it 😊. Yeah they say salt lamps are good to get rid of the negative energy in the room, I don't have salt lamp but I have salt stones.

Using L'Occitaine shampoos/conditioners (beautiful scents in and of themselves!) and spritzing with Chanel No5 EDT at bedtime. I feel elegant, fresh, and relaxed all at the same time....

Great video idea! We definitely need comforting scents sometimes. My Top 3 are: 1. Pure Musc by Narciso Rodriguez (Clean but kind of cozy at the same time, sooo relaxing) 2. A Drop d'Issey by Issey Miyake (so tender and soft, like a warm lilac breeze and a hug from a beloved person at the same time!) 3. La Nuit Trésor à la Folie by Lancome (espiacially in winter, cosy warm beautiful vanilla) and sometimes I really enjoy Valentina by Valentino in its drydown when nothing is left but a soft, powdery sweet skinscent- so comforting:) From the scents you recommended, I may take a sniff into SJP Lovely, although I am not a huge lavender fan (at least as a perfume note), it sounds interesting:) Have a good day! What a great video! I absolutely love the tips you gave in the beginning. A couple years back I was in a sad state for a long long time. Probably post-partum depression. I decided to get a plant. Strange how that one plant would make me feel so good everyday I saw it. I ended up bringing home a new plant almost everyday until I realized I have nowhere to put anything anymore . They really bring life and a sense of happiness to your home.

Fantastic video and great tips 👌 Out of all perfumes you mentioned, I have Mon Guerlain edt and I have worn it to bed as well as during the day. I find SJP Lovely to be too musky and I’m curious to smell the rest you recommend, especially coffee break, since I love coffee 😊

Mon Guerlain and J’Adore Dior are also such calming sleep perfumes to me. Also Denise T Thanks so much for posting about cats and salt lamps and essential oils. Also many, many plants are poisonous or deadly to cats (and dogs). You can check which are safe by asking your vet. I wish I knew this earlier but one of my cats only played with the petal of a lily and then her kidneys went into failure from it it, but luckily she was saved at the emergency vet-so I can’t help always sharing this info because most floral/plant companies don’t, so you wouldn’t know. Always good to keep our furry family members in mind-who are also great stress reducers! 🥰 Thanks so much for this video, Ilythia! I have to try SJP Lovely and get out my Coffee Break again. ❤️

I have a salt lamp by my bed and while I don’t think it has any health benefits I like the vibe. I included Mon Guerlian in my bedtime video as well as Feve Delicious and Orchid Vanille. I find all of those fragrances so comforting. Since the summer I’ve been using YSL Libre and Jo Malone Red Rose Creame instead of Feve Delicious and Orchid Vanille. They are so relaxing to me. Great idea about the plant!

Perfumes are amazing but better not to use them in bed :) body needs to rest and perfumes are full on toxins, diluted essential oils are better, one very good is Doterra Balance mix. Good plant in bedroom is snake plant 🌞
