#2 is the dumbest thing I've ever heard. Who buys a 2300$ 50mm 1.2 to shoot it at 2.8? Sharpest image is not always the goal SMH

Not at all! Most people starting out shoot at the lowest aperture and NEVEr realize that the lens isn’t the sharpest. He also doesn’t say it isn’t always. Rewatch and listen.

@@baronhead I re-watched it still sounds dumb IMO. But makes sense that someone shooting with a 24-105 F4 would discount the benefits of a fast lens.
