Question about the squat row movement. Your elbows go very far back behind you. I’m sure you are being very careful about setting your shoulder back but often if people bring their elbows that far back they compromise by shifting forward in the shoulder. How might you cue someone to perform this movement without putting shoulder in a compromised position?

You can easily do this exercise with a band, you don’t need this very expensive machine

I found a used machine for $200 that has all of the settings needed to complete these exercises, awesome video!
