Also, I would cook the dough with a very fine organic extra virgin olive oil, a really great salt (Black salt would partner with the white truffle SOOO nicely) and freshly cracked peppercorn mix (green, red, pink and a LITTLE white) and THEN put the cheese on it, let it melt-caramelize a bit and finish with the shaved truffle on the top.

Honestly, I didn’t like Keith with Steven. Keith was kinda mean to Steven all the time and never went with the joke or flow with him. It always felt like their personalities clashed, while Andrew with Adam are the perfect fits for Steven. Their Humor and timings just go so well together. Glad that Keith was busy (btw not hating Keith, I love him as the try guy because he fits well with the other try guys; I just didn’t like the Keith-Steven-dynamic)

@@youngnneckless It's because Keith was such a popular guy and Steven seemed a bit intimidated. So when he tried to be all friendly, he took it a bit too far and Keith didn't really welcome it or understand Steven was intimidated. So their companionship was destined to fail. Meanwhile, here's Andrew who, don't get me wrong is plenty cool, but not quite as intimidating or popular. Steven can interact with him a bit more smoothly and naturally and even when he is a little affectionate, which he naturally is, Andrew is happy to humor him and his sort of brooding tone makes it feel more endearing. Long story short, Keith was too popular, it made Steven way too nervous.

I agree. Especially not bashing Keith like in other comments. They just have different personalities and it clashed hard, since Keith is loud and brash,while Steven is gentle and at pace with things. It's not to hate on either one of who works with whom,but that sometimes certain pairings,dont always work,and that's okay
