Scenery and presentation are part of the price and experience. though if you just wanted to flat out compare the steaks, you'd need to find a way to get the steaks from the cooked location VERY quickly, and at the same time, which would be a tough feat to accomplish because I doubt these 3 restaurants are anywhere near each other.

A group of psychologists once had an experiment wherein they asked wine connoisseurs to explain the taste of different kinds of wine, and they did the exact thing. Table wine and expensive fine wine were defined similarly just based on what they were labeled as. Our brains reject the idea that something so expensive could taste so common that anything over our price range is delicious. Of course with steaks the biggest difference is in the way that it's cooked, and the price is probably due to the perfection of the cooking process.
