Another excellent video. We did almost all of these leg exercises training as a young gymnast decades ago. I forgot about them!

How heavy is the medicine ball you are using and what size/weight would you recommend?
@nathantaylor37735 ай бұрын
3-4kg usually but it depends on your weight.

Great content per usual. Impulse and rapid force generation exercises are key to delivering fast and powerful strikes. How can a coach incorporate these workouts into their boxer's regimen? What's the Frequency? Is this before or after boxing skills training?
@hybridwarriortraining6 ай бұрын
Absolutely! And I’d recommend twice a week like a Tuesday and Friday or something. Do them either separate to the boxing skills session or before it but after a mobility warm up 👊🏼

Love your videos they are helping my techniques greatly. I'm 35, work 60 hours a week construction plus just had a baby. I'm always exhausted and never really want to do more than light stretching. How can I I get fit with being even more drained all the time with limited time to actually train?

Same here,70 hours of work and 53 yo.What I do is right after I wake up every morning.One day 10 push ups,10 air squats,10 v-ups every minute for 30’ next day 5 sets of 20 burpees,10 lunges(each leg),20 sit ups. That’s the only way we can keep a balance between work and our health

@@georgevorres5240 It's tough. At least you will be conditioned for boxing. Right now I'm working on rehabbing. Some injuries and building some cardio because that's my biggest issue is I get winded during sparring but the other thing is with the newborn baby. I probably won't be in the gym for several months so I'll just be working at home. Trying to prove conditioning and fix injuries so I can return stronger

Stretch 30 seconds minimum. I used ti have fuked disc's and pain from landscaping for 20 years, digging holes working in the rain. Since stretching ALOT, I have less pain and more energy.

I know you know your boxing but you should tell the audience your background and experience. In the introduction of your videos
