प्रोबायोटिक का ज्ञान तो ठीक है लेकिन जब तड़का लगा दिया जाता है तो तो बैक्टीरिया खत्म हो जाते हैं अगर दही में अपने नमक डाल दिया तो उसके बैक्टीरिया खत्म हो जाते हैं तड़का तो बहुत दूर की बात है इसलिए नेचुरल फॉर्म में ही उसे करें कुछ भी एक्स्ट्रा ना डालें टेस्ट के लिए
