@@thapakajidone685 Best thing is take zandu nityam htbsp in a glass of Luke warm water during bed time and add 1 tbsp of pure cow ghee, by this there would not be any adverse effect on your body, and also add htbsp of Moringa powder and when you wake up in the morning, drink a liter of Luke warm water empty stomach before doing anything.. And now see the magic, this way it would be 100% side-effects free and you can even take this life time with this method..
