2nd to last movement is espcecially my favorite. It remeinds me of the "Centering" movement for the Spleen/Pancreas (Earth). Also feels like something Dr Strange would do. haha. Thank You

И снова здравствуйте Ксения.Мне 76лет.Дочь скинула ссылку на Ваш сайт И вот с утра в течение полутора лет делаю комплекс а если по каким либо причинам не сделаю то ощущение чего-то не хватает.Это бывает крайне,крайне редко.Спасибо за Ваш труд.

Wow this really helped me today, I have been struggling with allergies and a flu and the asthma has been so bad. I am going to practice this every mornings for a while. Thank you so so much for sharing your knowledge with us

I started Qigong at home 5 days ago and while practising, I feel a tingling and refreshing sensation going on in my head, sometimes like movement inside top of my head, vibration on my ear, and as I am dealing with a chronic issue in my throat which also starts to tingle, guess it is a good sign, don't need to be afraid, I guess it is energy flowing through blocks or something, isn't it? Thank you for your great work 💙
