5 Qualities EVERY Entrepreneur NEEDS

In this video we talk about 5 qualities that every entrepreneur needs to be successful.
1. Vision- You can't be successful if you don't know where you are going. No one drifts into greatness. Take ownership of your business journey by creating a clear vision for what you want to do.
2. Action- Almost as important as vision, don't get caught up in detailing everything. It is not possible to plan for everything that could ever happen. Instead of falling for analysis paralysis, begin the journey by taking steps and action on what you know. You may not be able to see far ahead, but you can go ahead as far as you can see.
3. Stick With It- The bane of every entrepreneur is shiny object syndrome. Set yourself up for success by growing in the discipline of the mundane.
4. Resilience- How you respond to failure is important. How OFTEN you respond to failure and get back up is essential. Failure is just another step toward success.
5. Anti-Fragility- Learn to adapt and grow as a result of new environments, failure and more. Good entrepreneurs are resilient. GREAT entrepreneurs are anti-fragile. Learn the difference!
