A plant-based diet reversed my type 2 diabetes 10 years ago. It also helped reverse my high cholesterol and high blood pressure. I am thankful for doctors like Laurie Marbas who continue to spread the message. Great job Dr. Marbas!

@@williewonka6694 Lipotoxicity is a major cause of insulin resistance and impaired beta cell function in type 2 diabetes mellitus which comes from saturated fats. Carbohydrates, fruits, veggies, whole grains, and legumes do not cause diabetes.
